Medley is very pet-friendly. We allow 2 pets per apartment, with no breed restrictions. We do require a pet fee and monthly pet rent. We also do a DNA swab on all dogs to help keep our community green and clean. 

Rent is paid online through our RentCafe portal using a credit card, debit card, or bank account. We also offer Flex, which conveniently allows residents to split rent into two payments.

Yes, Medley is actually just across the street from MOSAIC, the gateway to Chatham Park. Sidewalks lead you into Chatham Park with all of its parks, trails, shopping, dining and events. 

That is a great question! At Medley, you are steps away from a Lowe's Foods, Haw River Animal Hospital, a First Health clinic, a Dunkin', and the trail at Wade Barber Park. You can also walk to all the shops and events at MOSAIC at Chatham Park. There are other services and options right here at Northwood Landing,too. We are a very walkable community!

Medley at Northwood Landing is just 30 minutes from Chapel Hill, and about 45 minutes from RDU Airport. We are 30 minutes from Sanford and just 25 minutes from Apex. Our location at the intersection of 15-501 and Highway 64 allows very easy access to all points north, south, east and west. 

Residents pay their water bill, which is billed through Medley and will show on your monthly statement. Residents set up an account and pay their Duke power bill, and also pick their desired internet speed through Brightspeed and pay that billed amount. We have excellent fiber internet at Medley. 

Yes! We offer trash pickup through Valet Living. Pickup is Sunday–Thursday starting at 6 PM. We also have an on-site trash compactor and cardboard dumpster available anytime. For recycling guidelines, please visit Valet Living’s website.

Medley at Northwood Landing is located in Pittsboro, NC—about 7 minutes from downtown—right at the intersection of US 15-501 and US 64, behind Lowes Foods. Our location at NC 15-501 and Highway 64 allows easy access to all points north, south, east and west. Chapel Hill, Apex, Sanford, Siler City, Raleigh and even Greensboro are all an easy drive from centrally located Medley at Northwood Landing. 

Yes! We host 2–3 resident events each month, including paint & sips, cookouts, fun giveaways, and more. We love bringing our community together! We are also walkable to Chatham Park, MOSAIC and all that these places have to offer. 

Medley at Northwood Landing school-aged residents attend Chatham County schools. Pittsboro Elementary School (PK-4), Horton Middle School (5-8), and Northwood High (9-12).
