Pet Policy

Medley at Northwood Landing is a pet-friendly community, accepting all breeds of dogs and cats. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for your 1st pet and $150 for your 2nd pet. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet. 2 pets max per home. A pet interview is required to conduct our DNA swab at or before the move-in.
